Another simple test is to stop carrying your mobile on your body (chest or trouser pockets). in many cases people experience the so-called “phantom text messages”. This describes a situation where every now and then you think you had a text message, when keeping the phone in your pockets, but when you checked there was no message. Some even suffer from heart palpitations. If that is case, just try for a while to carry your mobile in a bag or switch it off, while you have it in your pocket.

Even if you are not ES, it is beneficial to turn off your Wifi over night, as well as to ban electrical items, your cordless phones and mobiles from your bedroom. You will sleep much better and are less likely to have an interrupted sleep pattern. Usually waking around 4 am.

Electro-Sensitivity (ES)
Electro-sensitive people suffer from a variety of symptoms in close vicinity to electromagnetic fields, Wi-fi, mobiles, DECT phones, baby monitors, certain light sources etc: Headaches, Speech problems, dizziness, chest palpations, tinnitus, sweating at night. skin irritations, pins and needles in the hands in the mornings, short-term memory loss, nauseas, joint aches and pressures at the back of the head as well as in the sinus or forehead area.

I’ve had 2 sided headaches that throb when walking up stairs & hurt like hell even though they say migraines are only 1 sided & hurt when going up stairs. I guess I have the strange 2 sided migraines who knows. I take Fioricet for it whenever it happens & it helps a lot.

Fuck Headache Just Fuck Em

It hurts when I elevate my height, hurts mostly just when I move, it’s like torture. I was bound to have headaches with my bad history of health. But my headaches are just killing me. Then my stomach felt empty & was hurting. I ate, but that only helped for a few minutes. Then my throat started hurting, as if I we’re to throw up, probably will. I should probably take something to stop it from hurting, but normally I don’t take pills & such. Any advice on how to get it to stop hurting as much?

I’ve had these bastard tension headaches for 17 years. Constant nightmare since my mid 20′s.

Elfavzla November 29, 2011 at 6:37 am

@Gonzoidzz are they constant? I’m having headaches almost every day!!! :(

Gonzoidzz November 29, 2011 at 6:00 am

@Elfavzla

Yeah, constant, although it varies in severity. I think diet could be a factor as well as bad posture straining muscles. It’s tension headaches I have, not migraine. I switched to organic soya milk from dairy some time ago and that helped, the casein was possibly contracting the blood flow to the head. If the muscles in the scalp are tight blood flow is the issue, which probably means tension in the back and shoulders. Try using a tennis ball on the back/shoulders against a door.

Im 16 and ive been getting headaches everyday for about a month now, they normally are around the same time of the day but recently ive been getting them in the morning. During the same time of these headaches ive been attending college and when i got my eyes tested the optician said that my eyes are straining because im focusing on the work im doing (which is all engineering)
Im not sure what type of headaches are, but its not my eyes, as they were tested fine, it normaly hurts inside my head?
