ok, natural, an ice pack, or a bag of peas, to put on your head.
smelling lavender, that always helps me,

not natural?
but i would honestly try taking either tylenol liquid gel;s (they’re not actually liquid) or aleve.

Well, I usually take Tylenol, but I’ve read relaxing in a dark room with a cool facial cloth on your head will help. Also putting an elastic headband around your head and rubbing astringent on your face with cotton. I know the last two sound strange but I read them in some ancient medical book and they seem to work. Hope you feel better.

Ice and heat help tension headaches. Drink some water, too. If you have sinus headaches, boil some water, pour it in the bathroom sink, then put a towel over your head and breathe the steam in for 10 minutes- make sure you have lots of tissues near by, too!
Sleep can also help with headaches.
